Alex Lessler
Alex serves as the Lead Pastor of Willamette Christian Church, where he leads the church’s vision, teaching, and discipleship efforts. Growing up in Gresham, he has a heart to see God move in this city. Alex and his wife, Fallon, have four daughters and share a passion for helping people know, love, and follow Jesus through authentic community, biblical teaching, and spiritual growth.
Daniel Goulding
Daniel planted one of the fastest growing churches in country: Echoes Church. He has a passion for reaching those far from God and building a thriving, Christ-centered community. Daniel and his wife, Ashley, have two children and share a heart for helping people find hope, purpose, and transformation through a relationship with Jesus.
Jason Clarke
Jason planted Rise City Church in 2014. He has a passion for raising up the next generation of leaders and disciples to see them thrive in their God-given calling. Jason and his wife, Jessie, have two children, and share a heart for helping people know, love, and follow Jesus through authentic community, biblical teaching, and everyday discipleship.
Jordan Headley
Jordan Headley serves as the Lead Pastor of East Hill Church, where he leads the church’s vision, teaching, and discipleship efforts. He has a deep sense of calling to Gresham and a passion to see the church return to the mission of God and bring transformation to our city. Jordan and his wife Kelsey have two children, and share a heart for helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and reach others with the hope of the gospel.

Doors open at 8:30 AM for check-in, with the conference officially kicking off at 9:00 AM.
Come early, get checked in, grab some coffee and breakfast, and meet some guys before we get started.
Didn’t register early? No problem! You can still show up and join us. We’d love to have you there.
The day will be packed with powerful content, worship, and opportunities to connect, so come ready to be challenged, encouraged, and filled. We’ll wrap up as close to 2:30 PM as possible.
And don’t worry—we’ve got lunch taken care of too! There will also be plenty of opportunities throughout the day to build relationships and connect with other guys.

We have made the decision to remove the registration fee for Move Forward because we never want cost to be a barrier to a man stepping into the calling Jesus has for his life.
While attendance is free, there are still real costs involved in making this event possible. Between breakfast, lunch, snacks, event materials, and other conference expenses, the cost is approximately $15 per attendee.
We intentionally keep merchandise pricing as low as possible, adding only a small margin to help offset a portion of these expenses.
However, if you believe in the mission of helping men grow in their faith, strengthen their families, and move forward in God’s purpose for their lives, we invite you to partner with us through a financial contribution. -
Move Forward. is a conference created for men and focused on helping men grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We also recognize the importance of investing in the next generation and encouraging young men to pursue a life of faith, purpose, and discipleship.
While the conference is designed with men in mind, anyone age 13 or older is welcome to attend. We encourage fathers, mentors, and other male role models to bring the young men in their lives. Because every teenager is different in maturity and life experience, we ask parents and guardians to use their discretion when deciding whether the conference is appropriate for their child.

Move Forward. is a non-denominational Christian conference committed to helping men grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe:

While attendees may come from different church traditions, our focus is on the foundational truths of the Christian faith and encouraging men to take their next step in following Jesus.
